This Green gram dosa (pesarattu) is one of the famous dish in Andra Pradesh. Very healthy and the same time tasty dosa. Can do this dosa with sprouted green gram too.
Ingredients:
Soak green gram and rice for 8 hours. Grind it with green chilli, salt and ginger.
Add onion and curry leaves. Make thin dosa and serve with spicy tomato chutney.
Note: Put a scoop of rava uppma inside the dosa and fold into half and serve with tomato chutney
The Ground paste looks like this..
- Green Gram 1C
- Green Chilli 1-2 or as per your taste
- Raw Rice 1-2 tsp
- salt as per your taste
- Ginger 1 tsp chopped
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Curry Leaves 1 arch
