Green gram sprout 1 Cup (whole or coarsly ground)
Apple chopped 1
Orange segments of 1 orange
dates 10 chopped
green chilli 2 or to taste
honey 2 tsp
Almonds 10 -15 or more
salt litte
Grind green chilli . Put it in a bowl.
Put all the remaining ingredients in the bowl.Toss well.
It's a wholesome breakfast.
note:
Can add any fruits except banana. Must add one citrus fruit
